puttot.xyz online store is made available for your convenience. 
Shop anytime, anywhere, and have your purchases delivered to your doorstep!

We aim to process all orders within 3 business days. 
Mondays to Fridays from 0900 to 1700.
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Local Delivery

Puttot Singapore engages third-party courier service to deliver your purchases. Orders will be dispatched to our courier partners within 3 business days, unless stated otherwise under each individual product page. Delivery for pre-orders may take up to 60 days. Local courier is available from Mondays to Sundays, excluding Public Holidays and eve of Public Holidays.

Standard local delivery (2-4 business days) at $5.

Complimentary local delivery (2-4 business days) is entitled for purchases above $80.

Same-day delivery is available at $20. Kindly make your order before 4:00 pm. 

Re-delivery is chargeable.

Delivery with assembly service is at a flat rate of $60 per location. Please inform our customer support team hello@puttot.xyz that you require assembly service prior to delivery.

Self-Collection

To get your purchases faster, you may opt for self-collection at our showroom located at 6 New Industrial Road, #03-02 New Century, Singapore 536199. Please select Pickup option. It takes 1 business day for your order to be packed. We will send you a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with collection information and address.

International Shipping

For international purchases, please email us at hello@puttot.xyz with the list of products you wish to order and your shipping address. Thereafter, we will give you a shipping quotation and approximate shipping time. Taxes and duties imposed by the country's immigration, if any, is to be borne entirely by recipient. Puttot Singapore will not issue refund for goods held by customs.
